At Studebaker Metals, we take pride in our hand-forged craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, standard-size pieces. Please note that custom engravings and bespoke orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Studebaker Metals packaging, including the authenticity card and any protective pouches provided.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our metalsmiths verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
